Terms and Conditions

Your credit card will only be charged when we are preparing to ship your order. 
All orders will be calculated and billed in EURO. 
Note: For your protection, your order may be delayed for verification if your shipping address is different from your billing address.

1. All products will be shipped within five days of receipt of order. In the unlikely event that stock runs out you will be contacted by phone/e-mail to inform you of the new proposed delivery date. However if this date is not acceptable you will still have the option to cancel your order. If you have any queries regarding your order status, please contact us.

2. All prices quoted are inclusive of free shipping and exclusive of tax charges. During the checkout process relevant tax charges “VAT” will be added to the order subtotal to obtain the full order price “TOTAL”. 

3. Prices and availability of goods and services are subject to change. You agree not to change these standard terms and conditions. This agreement represents an offer of contract from you only and is not binding until acceptance is sent by electronic mail and is received by you. We reserve the right to refuse your offer for any reason. 

4. You have the right to withdraw from this agreement. Such right must be exercised by you within 7 working days of you entering this agreement. Your entry into this agreement is signified by your receipt of our's acceptance of your order. You must exercise your right to withdraw by sending us e-mail notice of your intention to withdraw, in which event any money paid by you will be refunded. If you have received the goods prior to withdrawal, you must return those goods at your risk and expense before any refund is made to you.
